Waynesburg University is a private Christian college that offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The school was founded in 1849, and has maintained its affiliation with the Presbyterian Church throughout its history. The university is regionally accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
