Kirtland Community College offers smaller class sizes compared to many other community colleges in the state, giving students the ability to develop a more personal relationship with their instructors. The school's academic counselors ensure students choose the programs that will help them reach their educational goals at the college, and then, in many cases, transfer to a four-year university. Some of the college's programs most likely to provide immediate job placement after graduation include law enforcement, surgical technology and nursing.
