Established in 1916, the Purdue University Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management is located in West Lafayette, Indiana. It consists of the Arthur Avery Foodservice Research Laboratory, the Center for the Study of Lodging Operations, and the Tourism and Hospitality Research Center. The department has two dining facilities, which are open to the public and offer you a training laboratory. You can also participate in the university's Cherrington Global Scholars program and study hospitality management at an international institution.
