A new program is being offered to train students as dental assistants.
Brown Mackie College Salina in Kansas offers certificate, diploma and associate's degree programs in business, general studies, health care and wellness, legal studies, nursing, technology and veterinary studies. Students who have difficulty maintaining a heavy course load can enroll in the one-course-a-month program. Since 1990, the college has operated an athletic department and offers basketball, baseball and softball.
