How to Cite a Textbook for a Work Cited

Citing sources is extremely important, especially in college where one may be expelled for plagiarism. Depending on your discipline, there are four main citation styles: Modern Language Association (MLA), American Psychological Association (APA), Turabian and Chicago. The style is usually specified by your professor, but even within one style, the citation may be different depending on the type of source, from digital to print, and articles to textbooks.
