How to Get an Unofficial Smart Transcript

SMART transcripts are academic transcripts used to validate the military experience and training of Navy and Marine service members. The American Council on Education provides college credit recommendations based on the training and experience received. SMART stands for the Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript. This transcript is available to every current and former Navy and Marine service member. The Navy provides a website for requesting unofficial and official SMART transcripts.
