Berea College

• Berea College offers incoming students the opportunity to secure a 4-year tuition scholarship. Built on the foundation of quality education and anti-slavery movements, Berea College came into existence in 1855. The Christian-based college offers over 50 degree programs with pre-professional majors such as pre-law, dental and engineering. Students can attend classes on-campus and have a wide range of majors and minors to choose from. Some of the academic majors that students can engage in are: Classical Languages, Economics, Art, Business Administration and Child and Family Studies. Students must demonstrate financial need in order to qualify for the 4-year tuition scholarship and are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA).

Marygrove College

• Marygrove College was established in 1905. The Catholic college operates on a 53 acre campus located in Detroit Michigan. Enrolling over 6,000 students, Marygrove Colleges provides full 4-year academic awards for incoming freshmen students. The college offers degree programs such as: Forensic Science, Education, Political Science, Women's Studies and Pharmacy Technician. Students must submit a completed application to be considered for the competitive 4-year scholarship. Application materials include letters of recommendation, official high school transcripts, an essay and a grade point average of 3.7 or higher. The award pays for tuition, books and college fees.

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee

• Offering 170 degree programs and enrolling more than 20,000 students, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee was founded in 1885. Degree programs include Architectural Studies, Accounting, Music Education, Psychology, and Global Studies. Classes are offered on-campus and online. Incoming minority freshmen have the opportunity to apply to the college's Chancellor's Scholarship for Diversity and Leadership. The award is a renewable and the scholarship program covers tuition, housing, meals, books and fees. Applicants must be a minority student who has obtained a grade point average of 3.25 or higher and has taken the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). In addition, students are encouraged to show they have past leadership experience.
