Find the name and type of center where you took your test if you were enlisted in the military when you obtained your GED. Center types may include a stateside civilian center, an overseas military center or a correctional facility. With respect to the first, simply contact the center directly by phone or in writing at the listed address. In the case of the second or third, there is a different form to complete depending on the date and location of where you tested. To figure out which form applies to your situation, use the information at http://www.acenet.edu/Content/NavigationMenu/ged/test/after/transcript.htm. Once you have settled on the appropriate form, follow the instructions to download, complete and mail the form to the address provided.
