Instructions

    • 1

Help your child to memorize the alphabet with the use of alphabet flashcards. The child relates the sound of the letter on the card to the alphabet.

    • 2

Utilize sing-along songs to help the child remember the names and sounds of letters. Sing-along songs help the child to relate sounds to the alphabet and eventually connect the sounds of letters to create words.

    • 3

Speak the alphabet and use sign language. You can also use sing-along songs that use sign language to teach your child to identify letters and sounds of the alphabet.
