Adventure Science Center offers Camp Quest, a weekly camp program for children in pre-K up to the sixth grade that runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Camps are held weekly and include Scientist's Apprentice, Flight, Invention Dimension, Pathfinder, Robotics 101, Busted and Sci-Sampler. As of 2010, camp fees are $185 per week for center membership holders and $210 for nonmembers.

Lipscomb University offers summer programs for children of varying ages. The university offers day and enrichment camps for children ages 5 years old to 11 years old. Elementary-age camps also include Fine Arts Summer Academy and Lipscomb Athletics Sports Camps. The David Lipscomb Middle School Summer Academy offers World Religions, Civil War in Middle Tennessee, Middle School Study Skills, Creative Writing for Eggheads and Einsteins, Math Enhancements for Later Middle School, Basics of Video Editing, Heros and Monsters and CSI Forensic Focus. High school and middle school student camps include IMPACT Jr. and Sr., Engineering and Robotics camp, Journalism Camp, Nursing and Healthcare Academy, Fine Arts Summer Academy and Law Camp.

Franklin Road Academy offers camp programs for children in pre-K to 12th grade. Programs include football, boys and girls basketball, children's art camp, computer camp, clay for young artists, all sports camp, strength and conditioning, physics is phun, soccer, portrait drawing and paint your pet. Programs are one week in duration and run from June 1 to July 30, and each camp requires a $35 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit.
