Research the various names and parts of the human skeleton and label each bone on your drawing or print-out, using a pencil or erasable pen. If your skeleton is large enough, you can print it directly onto the bones. If it is smaller, you may want to draw arrows and label it in the margin. Finally, you can write each part on a small post-it note or sticker if the skeleton has enough room once cut.
Carefully cut your skeleton out, being careful to keep the bones in the correct order. Lay it all out on a flat surface where you can check for any discrepancies between your drawing or print-out, and your reference point for the labeling.
Attach the bones with paper fasteners, like brass rounds or even staples if nothing else is available. If you wrote your labels on separate papers or stickers, attach these now to the appropriate bones. Outline your writing and your skeleton with a black marker, and hang the completed project on a wall while presenting to your class or family what you have learned.
