How to Cite Image Usage

Scholars use citations to create a uniform way of sharing their research. First created in 1883, the Modern Language Association of America is a style that many high schoolers learn in English class. Teachers use MLA to get their students acquainted with citing their research, which will become an important skill set in university. In addition to MLA, the American Psychological Association (APA) also has its own way of citing references. Knowing both the APA and MLA styling format will make following citation guidelines less confusing.
