Online books allow the student to use them for coursework at no cost, eliminating the process of trying to sell books when the course is completed.
University of Phoenix has a program called rEsource that gives students online access to free books and information for class. There is an additional "electronic materials fee" for this service, which varies per course, but no book purchases are required. Phoenix's online program makes it possible to complete your degree while keeping your normal work schedule.
DeVry University offers several online degree programs. DeVry offers a list of e-books that can be downloaded for free through their online library. Using the DeVry library link, students are able to access eBooks on their own with a login password. Mccoy's Learning Center has built a partnership with Kaplan University where students can download free online books. These programs are a good resource for anybody looking to complete assignments without having to buy books.
