The University of North Dakota offers an online Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. Classes are a mix of online instruction, recorded lectures and on-campus labs. Students in the program have the same curriculum as their on-campus colleagues. The ACT or SAT is required for admission for students under the age of 25. Financial aid is available.
