How to Cite Bullets From a Form in MLA Format

The Modern Language Association (MLA) style treats citation very formally. MLA style covers texts in the humanities and liberal arts and does so to maintain coherence throughout the fields. Even the simplest of references need citation. Properly crediting bullet points in a form, for instance, is an integral part of maintaining author credibility.
