The regulations required for flight licensing varies depending on the type of aircraft you would like to fly. You must also have a high school diploma, GED, or college transcripts to show proof of educational eligibility. If your documents are not in English, they must be accompanied by an English translation.

    F.I.T. Aviation

    • F.I.T. Aviation began operation in 1968, and provides aviation training 15 miles from Merritt Island in Melbourne, Florida. F.I.T. provides training for credit at the Florida Institute of Technology students as well as training for the general public. The cost for programs varies depending on the type of flight certificate you would like to obtain. Training options include: Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License, Single or Multi-engine rating, JAA training, and Flight Instructor training.
