The Airline Academy is an aviation training facility in Daytona Beach, Florida that offers an extensive curriculum to train and educate flight attendants as well as other commercial airline personnel. The academy introduces students to the travel industry with an emphasis on customer service and professionalism. The flight attendant program is offered in three phases. Phase one is 12 lessons provided in a distance learning format. This phase is designed to teach students the fundamentals of the airline industry while studying at their own pace. Phase two is four weeks of hands-on training where students learn their craft in an airport environment. Phase three is one week and is designed to familiarize students with the different, more challenging aspects of the flight attendant profession.

Corporate Flight Attendant Training is an educational program designed for individuals interested in business aviation. The training is held in select locations across the country, including Long Beach, California; Atlanta, Georgia; and Teterboro, New Jersey. The training is an intense four-day program that covers the operational procedures of the business airline industry. The training also covers what corporate aviation is and how corporate flight attendants should conduct themselves while at work. Students will be taken through their first "trip" from start to finish. Also provided is assistance on interview techniques and how flight attendant students should manage themselves as professionals.
