How to Get a Green Card After Residency Is Approved by an Immigration Judge

If you have an immigration court case, an immigration judge or the Board of Immigration Appeals can approve your residency status. However, even after this approval you will need to get the green card as proof of legal residency in the U.S. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is in charge of immigration issues and will help you get your green card. Given the complicated nature of immigration matters, it is important that you follow all requirements by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to get a green card.
