Call your university to find out what location or room number you can obtain your student ID. Most universities will have an office dedicated to giving out student IDs. You can find your university's phone number via their website's "Contact Us" page.
Print out your student schedule. Bring a valid government-issued photo identification. Driver's license, passport, military ID, and state-issued ID are all valid government-issued photo identification.
Take your schedule and valid ID to your university student ID office. Wait in line, and hand in your paperwork. They will take your picture and print you a student ID. Most universities will not charge you for your first student ID.
