• The Georgia School of Construction is one of a kind, and attracts students from all over the country. At the school, students train to use heavy construction equipment including backhoes, bull dozers, crosby rigging, dump trucks, hydraulic excavators, or a variety of cranes. The Georgia School of Construction is part of the National Association of Heavy Equipment Training Schools (NAHETS) and endorsed by the National Commission for the certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).

  Upon completion of training at the school, students can pursue career opportunities at excavation companies, utility contractors, underground contractors, plumbing, electrical, sand and gravel pits, landscapers, construction, mining operations, pool contractors, etc. Graduates of the crane training will have completed the first steps towards earning National Certification from the NCCCO.
