Siebel CRM includes a number of applications designed to work with customer-based operations, such as call centers, self service & e-billing. Siebel CRM applications are designed to be used in over 20 industries.
To obtain Siebel CRM certification, a candidate must already possess a Siebel certification in another subject and have at least six months experience with CRM applications. Candidates must complete an exam to demonstrate their knowledge of Siebel CRM applications with a passing score of 80 percent.
The Siebel CRM Consultant Certification exam is divided into seven subject areas: foundations, set up and administration, business automation, business management, reports, application integration and going live and ongoing maintenance. Training for the Siebel CRM certification is split over two courses: Siebel CRM OnDemand Essentials Course and a CRM OnDemand workshop.
