You will be required to provide your social security number, GED confirmation number and mailing address for verification purposes. The testing administrator will provide your unofficial test scores over the phone.

Provide the agent with your confirmation number, mailing address, and social security number for verification purposes. The agent will mail a copy of your GED scores to the address provided on your GED exam registration form.
Visit the Fremont Adult School campus GED testing facility at 4700 Calaveras Avenue; Fremont, CA 94538 and request your GED scores. You will be required to present a government issued form of identification in order to receive a copy of your results. The school will provide you with an unofficial copy of your GED results.
