How to Do Y Squared X on a BA II Plus Texas Instrument Calculator

The BA II Plus is a fairly standard scientific calculator. It does not have the graphing capability native to Texas Instruments' more powerful models, but it is instead a basic model useful for performing routine calculations in areas such as accounting or statistics. The Y Squared X function on the calculator allows you to take a number (y) and raise it to the power of a second number (x).

Tap the "On" button to turn on your BA II Plus.

    • 2

Tap the first number (y) on your calculator's number pad.

    • 5
