TWU is co-ed, but only 10 to 15 percent of its students are male. The university, with campuses in Dallas, Denton and Houston, offers the BS, MS, PhD and DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) degrees. The PhD and DNP are not offered in Dallas. The Dallas campus also offers a weekend program through which students who already hold a bachelor's degree in another field can earn a BS or MS in nursing while working during the week.
