Beauty Exchange offers a skin care practical course that prepares future estheticians to perform services such as facial, body treatments, manicures and pedicures with a holistic approach. The course is 1,000 hours and last six months. Three months is spent in the classroom learning theory and practical skills. Beauty Exchange limits class size to 12 students ensuring hands-on training. The last six months, students receive hands-on training in a professional spa.
The school offers a medical esthetics program that prepares students to use laser technology and micro dermabrasion. Students may also take courses in makeup, eyelash extensions and hot stone therapy.

The Canadian Aesthetic Academy (CAA) offers programs that allows students to study at their own pace. Courses start every month. Saturday classes are available. To receive a diploma, students complete 240 hours of clinical study and 240 hours of practical application in the school-operated Cyrus spa. In 2010, courses start every month.
CAA also offers a course to train estheticians for medical esthetics and laser technologies. Advance seminars teach students how to start their own businesses and add-on services such as ear candling, the application of henna, hair removal by threading, body bleaching and lymphatic drainage massage.

The Skin Care Academy offers a wide range of courses that students can take individually or as part of a program. The six-month beauty therapy program provides comprehensive esthetician training. The program has five modules: manicures and pedicures, waxing, skin care, makeup artistry and advanced body treatments. Students perform services in the school's practice clinic. Students may take each of the six modules on an individual basis over the course of two years to qualify for a beauty therapy diploma. The Salon and Spa Career college offers a 995 hour esthetics diploma and a 240-hour Skin Care Specialist Certificate. The certificate program focuses on the professional care of skin. Students who complete this program with a passing grade of 75 percent or more may enter the program for medical esthetics.
