Commercial Diving Certification Schools

Commercial divers are professional scuba divers who collect criminal evidence or scientific samples, locate bodies, and photograph or film underwater. They also repair pipelines, dams, bridges, oil rigs and steel using welding techniques. They work for commercial diving agencies or contract to construction companies, scientists, the police force or oil companies. Prospective commercial divers must maintain a high school diploma, a basic scuba certificate and first aid and CPR training. Sometimes on-the-job training is provided, however, a diver with commercial diving program certification makes a more competitive job candidate.
