Allied Schools offers an online pharmacy technician program in 34 states. This 120-hour program consists of a pharmacy technician course (60 hours), and a pharmacy calculation course (60 hours). You'll learn pharmaceutical terminology, how to do calculations and formulations, inventory management and more. You'll complete the course on your own schedule. When you pass the final exam, you'll receive your certification certificate via e-mail.

The Act College Pharmacy Technician Diploma Program includes classroom education and a 180-hour externship at one of their clinical education sites. The externship may include work in a hospital or retail pharmacy within the Northern Virginia metropolitan area.
