Pharmacy Technician Certification Schools

The Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2010-11 edition expects employment for pharmacy technicians to increase much faster on average than all combined occupations. In fact, the hiring of pharmacy technicians should increase by 25 percent from 2008 to 2018. As a pharmacy technician, you will help pharmacists prepare prescription orders. For example, you may count tablets, label bottles for customers or organize patient data. Certification is necessary because it shows potential employers you have the skills and knowledge to handle the job. Pharmacy technician certification schools can help you prepare for this career move.
