The Culinary Institute of Michigan (CIM) is located in downtown Muskegon, Michigan and is part of the Baker College System. CIM students are eligible to live in a Baker College apartment-style residence hall. Students may earn an associate's degrees in baking and pastry arts, an associate's degree in culinary arts or an associate's degree in food and beverage management. CIM also offers a Baking and Pastry Certificate program and bachelor's degree program in Food and Beverage Management. The CIM is housed in a 40,000-square-foot building complete with state-of-the-art classrooms and temperature- and humidity-controlled labs. Graduates of the automotive certification program are prepared to take the Specialty and Master Mechanic certification exams.
