TSTC Waco is about and hour and a half away from Dallas and Austin. The campus offers more than 100 associate degrees, ranging from agriculture and information technology to engineering and business. According to its website, TSTC Waco has partnerships with manufacturers including Chrysler, John Deere and Toyota Motor Corporation as of August 2010. Prospective students must have a state-accredited high school degree or General Educational Development certificate, or transfers from a college, university or other higher education institution that is regionally accredited. Financial aid is available to qualifying students.

The TSTC Marshall campus offers associate of applied science degrees as well as certificates of completion in advanced and emerging technologies. As of August 2010, some of the courses available at the Marshall campus include diesel engine repair, environmental health and safety, multimedia publishing and office technology. The Marshall campus also provides on-campus housing, and as of August 2010 room and board for a four-bedroom dorm cost $1,195 per semester and $1,389 per semester for a two-bedroom dorm room.

TSTC's Harlingen campus was established in 1967 as an extension to the original TSTC location. As of August 2010, TSTC Harlingen offers associate of science degrees in seven areas, as well as certificate programs for education and training. General education classes are also available for students who wish to transfer the credits to public universities or colleges or private higher education institutions.
