Veterinary School Options

Veterinary school is an educational institution that offers a degree in veterinary medicine and sometimes veterinary technician certifications. These are often part of a higher learning institution such as state colleges, but can also be specific veterinary medicine colleges specializing in animal medicine. A four-year degree program is required to become a veterinarian, and in the United States a licensing test follows before being able to practice as a DVM.
