HVAC Correspondence Schools

HVAC, or Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning, is a field of work that deals with indoor environments. HVAC Technicians are commonly employed by office parks and apartment complexes that have maintenance-intensive air conditioning and heating systems.

The training to become an HVAC technician is very intensive and covers a wide variety of subjects, including refrigeration and A/C technology, system charging and evacuation, automatic and programmable controls, commercial A/Cs and refrigerators and domestic appliances. HVAC correspondence and distance-learning schools are widely available via the internet.
