Interior Decorating Schools in Texas

An ever-evolving and rapidly changing field, interior design and decorating requires you to stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the field. Before becoming a licensed interior designer in the state of Texas, however, students must complete an associate's or bachelor's degree program as well as pass an examination from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. Texas awards a license only to those who are fully qualified for the position of an interior decorator or interior designer.

The first, a two-year program resulting in an associate's degree, gives students the education and training needed to pass the exam administered by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
