Graduate Programs in Human Resources

DePaul University notes on its website that graduates of human resources master's programs go on to careers as recruiters, benefits consultants, trainers and HR analysts. Students interested in working in human resources can prepare for certification as HR professionals by completing a master's degree in human resources that teaches them core competencies of staffing, compensation, and negotiation. Graduate programs in human resources can be completed on a part-time or full-time basis.
