    • Prairie View A&M University has educated African-American nurses for more than 87 years, and grew from a two-year program to offering associate through master's degree programs. Prairie View students can achieve a Masters of Science in Nursing in several specialties. The School of Nursing also offers three post-master's degree certificate programs.
