The Post-University Matriculation Examinations (UME) --- formerly known as the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) --- is used to screen new students before admitting them into many Nigerian Universities and institutions. The Post-UME exams access a student's ability to receive tuition and capability to pass examinations based on their desired career choice. Each university has procedures for taking the exams and getting the results. You can get your results online from many universities websites. The University Of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) has a portal to get Post-UME results.

  Go to the University Of Nigeria Nsukka portal at www.unnportal.com or a different school portal.

  Click on the "Students" tab and select "Prospective." This may vary depending on your university.

  Click on the "Portal Menu" tab and select "Post-UME Result."

  Choose the year for your results by clicking on it.

  Find the heading "Search with parts or all of your name" on the right side of the webpage.

  Click inside of the text box and type your last name. Click the "Submit" button.

  Select your name from a list. If there are students with the same name as yours, check to see if the Shaded JAMB number given to you during the exam matches the name on the list.

  Click the "View" button next to your name and see the results.
