The HESI is a computerized test. Many testing centers will issue the results right after you take the exam. This may not be true for your site. Upon entering the test site, ask the administrator if the scores come up on the screen immediately. Some schools may not allow the immediate release of scores. Some testing centers might not be equipped with the correct software.
If for some reason results of the test do not appear on the screen after completion, the next choice would be to check the Internet options. Some schools require you to register with a testing service before the date of the exam. This service may give you a tour of the testing platform, set up exam dates and provide you with research information prior to taking the exam. Log back into the website; if your score is posted there, it should be easy to determine where and when that information is available.
Go to the school website and see if it displays the scores for you. This might be the next online option for finding out your test result. If your school website requires a log-in, it may have a section for posting grades or test scores. There may be a complete posting or list of scores based on a student number. Access the website and look for a student section.
Even if you could not find the information in the testing center or on the Internet, your program director will have the scores or be able to tell you how to access them. The HESI exam is a widely used test and available at many schools. Every school will have its own way of handling the testing and posting of scores. If you have tried the basic methods, see the administration office or your program manager and ask some questions.
