How to Cite Podcasts in APA

Podcasts don't generally spring to mind as a source of scholarly information. Yet they can be useful sometimes, and when they are, you have to know how to cite them. The American Psychological Association, or APA format includes instructions for citing a podcast as a reference. The citation of podcasts differs from traditional sources, like books and journals, and from other new media sources as well.
