How to Convert Military School Training to College Credits

Converting military school training into college credits may seem unlikely. After all, what college would give you credit for parachuting, land navigation or marksmanship? But there are plenty of schools that will offer you elective credits for your military service. Every service member has a military transcript that reflects his training. To convert military training to college credit, you need to request that your military transcript be sent to your college. This requires you to fill out a request form and send it to your branch's record keeping department.
