List all of your extracurricular activities from both high school and middle school on a sheet of paper. Include organized sports, charity work and church-related activities. List any awards or community accolades you have received, as well as any public recognition you have received.
Begin your biography by stating your name, place of birth and the year you graduated, or will graduate, high school. Include the name of your high school. For example, you may say, "My name is Jane Smith. I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1994. I will graduate from Kaimuki High School in 2011."
Write about how well you have performed in school. For example, if you have graduated or will graduate with honors, mention that information. If you have not graduate with honors, or do not anticipate graduating with honors, mention your grade point average and any school-related awards you have received.
Add your community service accomplishments after you have finished your school experience.
Proofread your bio for grammar, spelling and clarity. Ask a friend or parent to proofread your bio for anything you may have missed.
