Two Year Colleges for Dance Majors

Dance is a specialized field which, like sports, requires hours of physical dedication. Many two-year colleges offer programs specifically so dance majors can gain the experience and skill needed to compete at four-year colleges or join a company as a beginning dancer. There are also courses designed to help dance majors become dance teachers.
