Ultrasound Diagnostics Schools

Ultrasound diagnostics, or sonography, continues to be a valuable career within the medical field. While ultrasound technology is most often associated with pregnancy, that is far from its only application. From kidneys, to liver, to heart and other soft tissue areas, sonography is also used as a common alternative to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Diagnostic ultrasound technology and performance requires specialized education and several schools across the nation are prepared to deliver that education.
