American Chiropractic Schools

Chiropractic is a facet of health care that concentrates on disorders of the human musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Chiropractic physicians, or chiropractors, assess, diagnose and treat these disorders, many of which affect the patient's overall health. Certified chiropractors possess a broad skill set of diagnostic tools and are also trained in physical therapy and rehabilitation strategies as well as nutritional and dietary counseling. Several colleges offering chiropractic instruction in the United States are accredited by the American Chiropractic Association and Council on Chiropractic Education.
