List of LPN Schools

Jobs in licensed practical nursing, also called licensed vocational nursing, are expected to grow faster than average, according to the U.S. Department of Labor. Training to be an LPN is shorter than that for registered nurses, often only a year as opposed to two years or more. LPNs often earn their certificates or degrees from technical schools or community colleges. After graduating from an accredited program, LPNs must pass the NCLEX-PN exam before becoming licensed.
