Drake University Law School in Des Moine, Iowa, has long had a robust program in communications and intellectual property law. Its curriculum includes courses such as Cable TV Law and Mass Media Law 3, a broad examination of the kinds of experience and skills necessary to effectively represent media businesses such as radio, TV and cable TV stations.
