Yale is one of the most recognized schools in the country with a long list of famous graduates. The constitutional law program is taught by prominent scholars who just happen to be on the faculty. Constitutional law is required of all law students and class sizes are kept small -- around 15 students and one faculty member. Course topics include judicial roles in interpretation, American legal history and civil liberties and national security in a post-9/11 America.
