    • Stanford Law School has been ranked time and again in the top 10 for its excellence in IP. Stanford offers around 10 IP law classes. Also, Stanford has an IP student association that centers on sports and entertainment law. For 2010 Stanford's law school tuition is $44,880. Stanford encourages its students to plan a budget of $71,535 for each year. Current acceptance rate for Stanford is 9 percent, with top law students admitted having an LSAT score of 170 and a GPA of 3.8.

    University of California, Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law

    • Boalt Hall School of Law has more than 15 courses for IP law. Law students can also elect to join the IP section of Boalt's student association. Boalt's tuition is quite affordable in comparison to other top 10 law schools. For 2010 tuition is $35,907 per year for in-state residents and $48,952 for out-of-state law students. Lower tuition makes Boalt one of the most competitive law schools to get accepted into. In 2009 the law school only accepted 11 percent out of hundreds of applicants. Most students admitted have a GPA of 3.6 and an LSAT score of 170.
