Visit the Common Application homepage.
Click on the "Go here" link next to "Never registered."
Fill in the "Personal details" form, select a unique username and type the password you want to use to log in to your account. Then read the site's legal information and privacy policy. If you agree with the site's terms, click on the check box and click on the "Register" button.
Return to the Common Application homepage, type your newly-created username and password in the form and click on "Login."
Click on "Search for Colleges" in the left-hand pane and type "Villanova University" in the form. Click on the "Search" button. On the next page, click on the check box next to the "Villanova University" link and click on the "Add" button.
Click on the "My Colleges" link in the left-hand pane to begin the application process.
Fill in the required forms, which include "Future plans," "Applicant," "Demographics," "Family," "Education," "Academics," "Activities" and "Writing." To move from one form to the next, click on the "Save and Next" button.
Click on "Print preview" on the last page to review your application. If it is correct, click on the check box next to "Villanova University" and the one next to "I have print previewed my application and it looks exactly as I intend." Then click on the three check boxes at the bottom of the page to indicate that you have reviewed the application instructions, that you have supplied truthful information and that you understand that you cannot modify a submitted application. Finally, click on the "Submit" button to send your application.
