Ouachita Baptist University

• Ouachita (pronounced Wash-uh-taw) Baptist University (OBU) is located in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. According to the university's website, it is a four-year college for undergraduate students and has eight academic schools: business; natural sciences; social sciences; humanities; education; Christian studies; fine arts; and interdisciplinary studies. If a student desires to study abroad, programs are available for countries such as England, Austria, Japan, China, Spain, Morocco, Hong Kong and Mexico. If a student is interested in a military career, he can join the ROTC program at OBU. Each student at OBU is encouraged to get involved in community service.
