University of Edinburgh

• The University of Edinburgh offers a total of eight degrees in architecture: seven master's degrees and one bachelor's degree. The seven master's degrees offered are in architecture, architectural history, architectural history coupled with archaeology, history of art and architectural history, social and architectural history, architecture in creative and cultural environments and structural engineering with architecture. Undergraduate students have the opportunity to earn a degree in structural engineering with architecture as well. • The Manchester School of Architecture at the University of Manchester is one of the largest architecture schools in the United Kingdom. The architecture program is a five-year, full-time course of study divided between two degrees, a three-year bachelor of arts degree followed by a two-year bachelor of architecture program. After graduating from the first program, students typically garner a year of professional experience in an architectural office as directed by the school. They then move on to the second degree.
