    • Hudson County Community College's Culinary Arts Institute is in Jersey City, a New Jersey city in the metropolitan New York City area. In addition to an associate's degree program in culinary arts, HCCC also features a certificate program in baking proficiency. Courses like Bakeshop, Advanced Bakeshop and Food Service Sanitation prepare HCC Culinary Arts Institute baking certificate graduates for entry-level jobs in pastry, baking and other food service-related fields.
